We own a two bedroom Windswept Lakeside Townhouse across the street from the beautiful 10 mile beach on Kiawah Island. Our rates include full Kiawah Island Resort privileges including: free use of all the Resort pools, fitness center, door to door Resort van to take you anywhere on the island, one hour of tennis free per day, and lower Resort guest rates for golf, bikes, canoeing, kayaking, kids camp/activities, nature outings etc... You can make advance tee times at the Resort.

We just finished totally renovating this Townhouse and it is available for rental as of September 1, 2000. We put in new oak floors downstairs, new carpet up, all new furniture, new wallpaper, new window coverings, professionally decorated. It is very very nice. It has two large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, on the second floor.

The first floor has a front porch, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck that overlooks a large lagoon. It has its own driveway and you can park under the house. Rates are negotiable depending on week and availability. We hope to hear from you.
