Built in 1889, Grandma Frances' Beach House is newly renovated with pine flooring throughout and new tile baths. Enjoy 14' beadboard ceilings, spacious bedrooms with private vanities, an updated fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and fabulous wrap around screen porch, complete with rocking chairs and porch swing! Located on the 3rd row, we're an easy stroll to the best swimming on the island and all Sullivan's Island eateries and pubs. Four bedrooms are created equal, each with a king size bed and private vanity. The 5th bedroom offers two twin beds.

Just pack your bags and bring any groceries you desire. We do the rest! We make the beds with crisp cotton linens and provide plenty of towels, plus all paper products and soaps to make your Sullivan's Island vacation one to remember.
